Panorama Toscano with Splendid Sea Views, Terrace and Whirlpool

A Penthouse with a View, Panorama Toscano not far from the Mediterranean and the famous resort of Forte dei Marmi, in the hamlet of Metato, where several of this architects well-designed dwellings have been scattered along the hillside to offer a special welcome to guests wanting to experience this charming area. Panorama Toscano, set in this delight and natural setting, is a charming stone house composed of three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with double ceiling, a full kitchen, a separate dining room, and to top it all, an absolutely wonderful 40 square meter terrace with a panoramic views from the valley to the coast. There is small pool circular pool on the terrace, 2 meters in diameter, as well as table and chairs under the pergola, and loungers for relaxing and taking the sun. A whirlpool is on the terraced garden below.
Inside the house, in every niche, details have been treated with care. Tasteful objects, comfortable sofas, armchairs, beamed ceilings and terracotta floors as well as lovely lamps create an atmosphere of light, warmth and romance. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and dining table for those who relish cooking. For those who don't we can supply a cook! The rooms are rich in historic atmosphere but with every comfort. The linens are luxurious whites for a fresh and pure touch.
