"Great stay, would book it again"

"Fabrizio's house is magnificent. Typical and surrounded by olive trees, it is also beautifully decorated down to the last detail and perfectly equipped. Our host was extremely kind and attentive to our needs whenever we asked, and at the same time very discreet. We arrived relatively late, but he had done some shopping for us so we could have dinner and had even set the table! Fabrizio also gave us invaluable advice on places to visit in Tuscany apart from the main sites that we naturally think...

"The property exudes charm. Although the view from the first floor is impressive, it's partially obstructed by trees. The pool, a significant asset, is generously sized. Regrettably, the kitchen fan was dysfunctional, making cooking an unpleasant task. We also faced issues with the fuses for the washing machine. Our check-in experience was hampered by a language barrier. The attendant spoke no English, and our attempts in German proved futile. Consequently, check-in became a comical mix of hand...

Unser Hund hat auch gleich einen Kumpel gefunden um zu toben auf dem riesigen Grundstück und Olivenhain. Wir würden jeden Zeit wieder kommen."

"We had a great stay in the old farmhouse. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the garden and the big terrasse. The house is old, but very spacious, everything is there, what you need. We loved it absolutely!"

"Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gelegen zwischen Viareggio und Camaiore. Mit unseren 4 Kindern haben uns besonders der schöne Garten mit seiner Privatsphäre und der gut gesicherte Pool (nicht ebenerdig, Leiter herausnehmbar) gefallen. Viele schöne Ausflugsziele befinden sich in der Nähe. Auch wenn das Inventar hier und da etwas veraltet und nicht ganz vollständig (Küche) ist, ist das Ferienhaus gut ausgestattet und bietet eine gute Umgebung für einen erholsamen Urlaub."
