RUSTIC CHIARA, inserted in the green hills of Camaiore

Quiet location, at about 250 m asl, not far from the beaches of Versilia, the Rustico has a large enclosed garden with a lovely gazebo for outdoor dining. The furniture is pleasant and the fireplace gives the house a unique charm. Il Rustico is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday. The floor is in terracotta and wood, exposed beams.
The ground floor houses the living area, of about 40 square meters, comprising a large living room, divided between lounge, dining room and cooking area. Upper floor houses the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom, two single bedrooms, with panoramic views of the hills and a glimpse of the sea. An extra bed for children <3 years is available on request. In the bathroom: sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle, hot water system.
The cooking area is equipped with a 3-burner hob, fridge, toast, oven, two-bowl sink.
