Rustico with pool, large property, garden, terrace for 6 people

Location: The beautiful Rustico is located in the middle of the Tuscan hills of the Lucca area. The house is in a quiet area and it is not far from the beaches of Versilia. The beach is about 25 minutes away by car. The Rustico has a beautiful terrace and is surrounded by a large fenced plot. A pool (4 x 5 m approx.) Is available for our guests (open 01.05.-30.09.). The house is ideal for families. The plot is large and largely flat. Parking for several cars on the property. WiFi and central heating are available.
Equipment: The living area of approx. 120 m² is distributed as follows: On the ground floor there is the kitchen with dishwasher, the living room with fireplace and satellite TV. OG. 1 bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower.
Second Upper floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and 1 bathroom with shower. An outdoor search is available to guests.

To be paid on site: Deposit € 250. Electricity, water, gas € 10 / person and week. Bed linen on request € 10 per person and change. Final cleaning obligatory € 60. Heating according to consumption.

Ein tolles Haus in schöner Umgebung
Das Haus ist wunderschön, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Auch die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Die Außenanlage mit Sitzgelegenheiten, Grill und Pool, der regelmäßig tip top gesäubert wurde, trug zur Erholung bei. Die ganze Anlage war mit Liebe angelegt und gepflegt. Die Landschaft rundherum war toll und einsam gelegen. Und das ist auch der einzige Minuspunkt. Auch als versierter Fahrer brauchte man - abweichend von den Angaben - 40 Minuten Fahrtzeit über teilweise schmale Serpentinen, bis man Geschäfte oder den Strand erreicht hat. Das war ein bisschen lästig und beschwerlich. Trotzdem: ein toller Urlaub in einem stilvollen und gepflegten Haus in schöner Landschaft. Und nicht zu vergessen: die sehr sehr netten und überaus hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, die das ganze abgerundet haben.

Ruheoase
Das grosse Anwesen liegt sehr abgeschieden am Passo Lucese und bietet dadurch eine absolute Ruheoase. Die Anfahrt verläuft ca. eine halbe Stunde über schmale kurvenreiche Strässchen (die letzten 300 Meter Schotterstrasse), der nächste Laden ist ca. 40 Minuten entfernt. Fussläufig erreichbar (ca. 5 Minuten) ist ein sehr zu empfehlendes Restaurant. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll restauriert und eingerichtet. In der komplett ausgestatteten Küche (Gasherd, Backofen, Spülmaschine) gestaltet sich das Kochen unkompliziert. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr herzlich. Ein Tipp für Ruhesuchende, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen.
