Location: The house Terrazza stands in the rural residential area of Montebello, with beautiful views over the wooded Apuan Alps. The location is quiet and ideal for guests who want to enjoy the warmth of the sun on the large terrace. The center of Camaiore is about 3 km away and the beautiful sandy beaches of Versilia only 10 km. A barbecue, table, chairs and loungers are available to the guests and to experience beautiful culinary moments on the terrace (about 100 mÂČ). Parking for 1 car on the property.
Equipment: Appealing, rustic decor with lots of wood. Cotto and parquet floors. Partly wooden beamed ceilings. Satellite TV. Internet access (WLAN, inclusive). No heating possibility. The living area of approx. 100 mÂČ is on the ground floor. Living room with couch, fireplace (decoration only) and dining area, through open brick arched to the kitchen (flames, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker). Bedroom with French bed (1.60 m wide) and balcony exit. Twin room (beds 0.80 m wide, can be joined). Bathroom with shower / WC.
It is not permitted to charge an electric car at this holiday home.
To be paid on site: Deposit €200 not optional. Electricity, gas, water €50 per week not optional. Final cleaning €50 not optional. Bed linen and towels optional €10 per person per change. Tourist tax €1.50 per day per person aged 14 and over, up to a maximum of 7 days, from 1 June to 30 September.

Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben , im wunderschönen Ortsteil Montebello. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett , sie wohnen zwar direkt darunter , man sieht und hört sie aber kaum . Der Garten bzw. Hof war sehr angenehm , da ein großer Baum mitten im Hof stand , sodass man immer Schatten hatte . Der Tisch steht direkt darunter . Die Wohnung an sich ist absolut ok, es war alles sehr sauber . Wenn ich einen Verbesserungsvorschlag hĂ€tte, dann wĂ€re es ein grĂ¶ĂŸerer Pool . Sodas man auch mal 1,2 Zuge schwimmen könnte . Alles in allem stimmt Preis Leistung aber absolut .

TrÚs beau lieu mais attention aux coûts à prévoir sur place

Super lieu avec petite piscine et table de ping pong. TrĂšs bien situĂ© pour les amoureux de la montagne et de l’escalade et de la mer (comme nous) , mais un peu déçu Ă  l’arrivĂ©e car le lieu est gĂ©rĂ© par un intermĂ©diaire qui nous a informĂ© de coĂ»ts supplĂ©mentaires Ă  rĂ©gler sur place en espĂšce (200€ pour l’électicite, l’eau, la taxe, le rangement et les draps et serviettes) . L’annonce , sur la partie synthĂ©tique n’est pas clair Ă  ce sujet et l’information se trouve dans le rĂšglement intĂ©rieur . Bien lire . Sinon bel accueil par les propriĂ©taires. Merci

Un coup de neuf ne nuirait pas

L'emplacement en hauteur de la maison est trÚs sympa car la vue est trÚs jolie. L'accueil et la disponibilité de l'hÎte sont au top. Le bémol car il y a en un, est la vétusté des équipements de cuisine et mobilier (jardin notamment) et le manque de moyens pour avoir moins chaud dans la maison la nuit. Il faudrait un coup de neuf quoi !

Urlaub in Camaiore

es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, das Ferienhaus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage in den Bergen, zum Meer ist es nur eine halbe Stunde mit dem Rad, die Vermieter respektieren die PrivatsphÀre, sind bei Fragen aber jederzeit erreichbar, in der Umgebung gibt es viel zu erleben, wer einen schönen ruhigen Urlaub machen möchte ist hier genau richtig

Ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt angenehm ruhig. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber! Schlafzimmer sowie Badezimmer sind sehr gerĂ€umig. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Tochter des Hauses sprach englisch, somit konnten wir uns gut verstĂ€ndigen. Bei Fragen konnten wir einfach klingeln und uns wurde sofort weitergeholfen. Parken konnten wir direkt im Hof, das war Klasse. Leider gab es vor Ort keine SpĂŒlmaschine, somit musste man alles per Hand abwaschen. Alles in allem kann man die Wohnung ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Ein schöner Balkon

Das Haus besteht aus 2 Stockwerden, wovon lediglich ein Teil des oberen Stockwerkes vermietet wurde (nicht das "Haus"). Die ĂŒbrigen Teile sind abgesperrt mit ZĂ€unen, Sichtschutzmatten und Schildern (DonÂŽt open). Die Wohnung wird ĂŒber eine Agentur vermietet. Die zugesandte und bei Fewo hinterlegt Adresse ist nicht korrekt. Die Anreise und Suche nach der Hausadresse war daher zeitraubend und unglĂŒcklich. Die Tochter des Vermieters, die uns empfing, konnte kein Englisch. Eine VerstĂ€ndigung war daher kaum möglich. Der vordere Teil des "Gartens" ist die Hofeinfahrt und KFZ-Abstellbereich. Man blickt auf die BegrĂŒnung des Parkplatzes der Vermieter. Die AbstellflĂ€che ist bestĂŒckt mit Gartentisch, StĂŒhle, Liegen unter einem schönen Baum. Es findet sich dort auch eine (verrostetes) Fitnessrad, Waschmaschine etc. . Die Wohnung hat eine große KĂŒche und großes Bad. Es finden sich zahlreiche Möbel in dunkler Eiche in den Zimmern und an den WĂ€nden hĂ€ngen sich sehr viele Bilder, Kupferteller, Reisemitbringsel etc.. Das WLAN war schwach und zeitweise ohne Leistung. Vor dem Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer ist ein schmaler Balkon mit sehr schönem Blick. FĂŒr Selbstversorger empfiehlt es sich mitzubringen: Essig, Öl, GewĂŒrze, Bettsachen, HandtĂŒcher, WC Papier etc.. Die Regeln im Haus liegen aus und sind schriftlich ĂŒber mehrere Seiten genau erklĂ€rt.

Schön und preiswert

Ein strategisch gut gelegenes Haus um Nord-Toskana kennenzulernen. Lucca, Pisa, Florenz, Siena sind schnell erreichbar. Nur eine halbe Stunde zum kostenfreien Strand. Ideal fĂŒr Familien. Kann ich wĂ€rmstens weiterempfehlen.

Traumhaftes HĂ€uschen auf dem Berg

Wir durften 8 Tage in dem wunderschönen HĂ€uschen verbringen. Die Lage auf dem Berg ist traumhaft mit Blick ĂŒber Camaiore. Nach Camaiore sind es ca. 1,5 km. Nach Viareggio sind es ca. 10 km zum Frer Beach, welcher wunderschön ist. Sehr feiner und sauberer Sandstrand. Das Haus ist im Toskana Stil gehalten. RĂ€ume groß und mit Moskito Netzen ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist riesig, aber man sollte was gegen die MĂŒcken dabei haben. Die Hausverwalterin wohnt unten im Haus, mit einer separaten Einfahrt und Zugang. Man trifft niemanden, aber wenn man Hilfe braucht sind sie sofort zur Stelle. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen, fĂŒr einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub. Alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Pisa und Lucca sind nur eine kurze Fahrt entfernt. Danke fĂŒr Alles.

Das Objekt liegt in einer tollen Umgebung. Etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum. Man sollte daher seine EinkĂ€ufe sehr gut vorher planen. Die Vermieter wohnen unten drunter, sind aber sehr zurĂŒckhaltend aber bei Problemen immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber aber ein Minuspunkt hatte sie dennoch . Nur eine Rolle Klopapier. Kein SpĂŒlmittel. Kein Abtrockentuch. Keine GewĂŒrze. Ein bisschen mehr Grundausstattung wĂ€re schön gewesen. Aber im ganzen hĂ€tten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt.
