"The bed was hard and the pillows were thin as cardboard"

"This hotel is one that I would stay away from in the future. Unlike many Hamptons this one did not have it together. First they did not honor my request for a room on the first floor and never even apologized for not doing so. The elevator was out of service for much of the stay making it difficult to get to the upper floors. A $12 charge for parking was never mentioned in the reservation or at the desk until check out. Coffee machines were broken and breakfast was sub standard. Hotel staff was never very helpful or friendly. Pool area was not picked up at all. We were dissapointed to say the least."

"Staff was very nice but Our Room had a dirty bathroom and dirty floors. It’s very outdated and smelled dusty. Loud AC unit, bed and pillows were horrible too. Too expensive for what it offers. Basic continental breakfast. Reviews on this hotel must be fake because there is no way it was worth more than 1 or two stars. Parking is awful, we had to go park at the museum parking lot next to the hotel, which it took us 10 minutes to walk from because the parking is a public parking lot where they also hold receptions for weddings and other events. Not recommended."
