"Solid stay"

"After an 8 hr drive wanted to stay at a hotel that offered food services. The website stated it had a restaurant..... what it had was a menu board that you ordered from then when and sat down and waited for your food. We felt like we were at an Airport. When we checked into our room the refrigerator wasn't even cold, you'd think if you were checking in that day a staff member might have turned it on as a courtesy? For $200 a night stay they could offer at least bottled water at the coffee maker? We will not stay again, too much penny pinching!!"

"Bed issues. No fire alarm"

"Great location. Our room was very clean. Parking was adequate. Staff were great. The walkways were very dirty and a good pressure washing was long overdue. Outside doormats in bad condition. The shower water pressure in our room was way too high and could not be adjusted. It made our showers very uncomfortable, bordering on unsafe. "

"Unfortunately, the hotel is undergoing renovation (which was not indicated when booking). Requested additional pillows & were brought without pillowcases and one of the pillows was heavily stained. Some of the parking lot was blocked off & temp lobby was set up & hard to find for check in. Elevator was NOT working so we asked to be moved to more accessible room, which was smaller than what we booked (one queen only versus two queen beds we requested). Hotel room was clean enough. There are no food places in close proximity and no places to even buy bottled water. The front desk person did try to accommodate us, with a more accessible room. However, the overall feel was disorganized and understaffed."

Everything felt fresh, modern, and well-maintained, from the crisp linens to the spotless bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. I also appreciated the small details—ample lighting, quiet surroundings, and reliable Wi-Fi—that made the stay both comfortable and convenient. The hotel’s amenities were equally impressive. The common areas were clean and inviting, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain a high standard throughout the property. Whether it was enjoying a peaceful morning coffee or simply relaxing in the space, everything felt well put together. What truly stood out, however, was the level of service. Every interaction with the staff was positive—they were courteous, responsive, and genuinely seemed to care about guest satisfaction. It’s rare to find that level of consistency. Overall, this hotel delivers outstanding value, comfort, and service. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable experience."

"The location is great, the staff is great. This is the first motel I have ever lodged in that had no microwave in the rooms. The towels were clean but dingy. The A/C Heat did not work properly. Hopefully this location will make the necessary upgrades soon."
