"Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchenette, which was very convenient. The bed was soft, the TV was large, and having a safe was a plus. The location is very convenient—right off the freeway, with Starbucks, Handel’s Ice Cream, and Shake Shack just outside, plus a mall with many restaurants across the street. However, while the room looked tidy, some areas didn’t feel fully clean. Plates seemed dusty, and surfaces like faucets and door handles didn’t feel properly cleaned. The shower was a major issue—very weak water pressure, slow to heat up, and the temperature kept fluctuating. Breakfast was the worst part. While there was variety and good coffee, the food quality was poor. Eggs were refrigerator-cold, even when freshly brought out, and the oatmeal was watery and partly cold. It felt unsafe to eat, so we threw everything away. There are Tesla chargers in front, but regular cars often park there, so availability is hit or miss. Overall, I liked the room and would stay again, but cleanliness and especially breakfast need serious improvement."

"Be forewarned that there is no elevator, especially when you have a lot of luggage. But it makes for a good exercise otherwise. Breakfast is always fresh. Staff is super friendly and efficient. I haven't tried the hot tub and pool but judging from the kids who swim in it, I guess water is great!"

"Fitness room was adequate, but there were not set of dumbbells matching at weights that would be functional for a workout. Overall, our stay was good."

"Checking in there was no office staff at the front, only a virtual check in. The room I was in was very small behind the office & was not a normal room. It was very worn down. As I pulled back the sheets, I saw a lot of black hairs and yellow stains on the sheets. I would not recommend this motel. "
