"Este hotel NO existe. Con el taxista buscamos la dirección de un lado al otro. Las fotos que aparecen son del Hotel Castillo del Mar / El Castillo qie es un hotel viejo. Mi reserva no aparecía por Expedia pero sí la tenían en el hotel. Me cobraron $100 USD por un hotel 3 estrellas. Eso fue lo que yo pagué por noche en temporada baja por el Hotel Estelar Manzanillo que es 4 estrellas y con todo incluído. El hotel está muy mal mantenido pues las paredes en las habitaciones están peladas y...

"It’s a small hotel in not a very good surrounding. I would say almost 3 stars rating. Room is well equipped but A/C takes a long time to cool the room during the day. The breakfast is quite good and they even make a take away if you have to leave early. Riohacha is not a particularly good town but the hotel is convenient if you have spend a night."

"The property seems to be upgrading the hotel, but the food quality was disappointing. The only protein option available was pork. Additionally, the room, which was advertised as having a mini fridge, did not have one upon arrival. This made my stay particularly difficult since I couldn’t store my diabetic supplies. Unfortunately, reception was unhelpful, and the medical office refused to store my medication."
