we are repeat guests for one reason. we like the restaurant and the staff there. there are limited options in this town. however the hotel overall. its a mess. not managed properly, everytime we book, there are extra charges, its a long process to check in because they accept bookings for pool or beach views, when when you arrive you have to pay extra for beach even if you book beach. even though the place is "renovated", everything was done with such cheap garbage, showers broken, AC broken. most of what they show on hotels.com isn't real. they say 2 restaurants. there is one with limited hours. they say bar... its useless, they have beer. the actual bar with cocktails never has alcohol and when we bother them for drinks, they will order alcohol the next day, but then can't make drinks because they say the staff isn't there. Overall, we have stayed here 6 times, simply because we like the fish and staff at the restaurant PLUS there are LIMITED options to stay at hotels in this region. I will stay here again but my expectations are very limited. Also until the owner recognizes when people come back so many times simply for the fish and not the hotel and repeatedly tell them about the problems with the hotel, you would think they would attend to you a little extra when you actually give them more and more changes.

I will never come this place ever again! They are not friendly to be welcome me as internacional person. This place needs renovation, TV Chanel is not working, AC run is not well, and breakfast lady gave me very small plate and limit. Only good is beach that’s all.

It’s okay place for the area but you cannot run the Air conditioner while you are out of the room as the electric is operated by only 1 key card. They will not issue 2 cards 😳

The property is manned by very unfriendly staff. The food in the restaurant is highly misrepresented, and the lacks much un maintenance. Seem that they do just enough to get by. Very sad

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. Customer service was awful from the moment I arrived to check in. The front desk girl was dismissive and incredibly rude. We asked when our rooms would be ready since it was 40 minutes passed check in time and she responded with “I don’t know” and continued to ignore me. I asked a second time and that’s when she said 15-20. When it was breakfast time they didn’t clean up the tables, we were ignored until we literally had to ask for service. When service finally arrived we didn’t get utensils nor drinks. When we asked for them cutlery came dirty and the drinks never arrived. The pool water was disgustingly dirty, if you can avoid this place I recommend you go somewhere else.

Where do I start. First I booked a room with a full beach view and was given the wrong room and was being charged more than what I booked for. It took over 40 mins for the front desk person to try and correct the issue. Only one key is provided in order to control the air coordinator, it will turn off when leaving the room thus when you return it is very hot. Shower was broken and had to take a shower in a vacant room. They do not provide any kind of toiletries. No refrigerator, blow dryer or iron. The food terrible and cold. If you want ice be ready to pay for it as they will only provide a cup. Will not stay here again..
