"The room was dirty, the coffee machine did not work, the soap and lotion pumps were empty, there was no iron, the staff did not care, the food was blah, and there were absolutely no amenities. This hotel is a great disappointment. "

"Very helpful staff when we had a few issues that needed attention - very quickly service. Check in was very quick eventhough the email advertising touts that if you fill out certain info ahead of time ( which we did) we could just "pick up the keys" which in fact is not entirely true since you still have to again give your passport and your credit card and some personal info. The food at brfst buffet was fabulous and so was food at Mafia next door ( not sure if its associated with the hotel)"

"Absolutely amazing breakfast selection. We loved eating there. So many options and fresh food. The room was lovely, staff are helpful and the outside area was also stunning. Only downside was that there was no kettle in the room, we had to request it twice before they gave us one."

Metropolitan gym is excellent, huge facility and very quiet, although gym reception staff could do a better job of explaining access, etc for hotel guests "

To think that we walked the same paths as Christoper Columbus and crew was humbling and gave us a sense of Sevilla’s role in bridging the new world with the old. The hotel is centrally located in the Santa Cruz neighborhood close to all of the must see destinations. 5 out of 5 stars!"
