"We really enjoyed our stay here and were disappointed to leave! The property was well maintained and safe, the rooms were very clean, spacious, and well decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable! Although it's a bit out of the downtown core we always found a tuk tuk immediately and it was just a $3 ride to downtown. The staff was always helpful when needed. I would go back in a heartbeat! "

"Nice hotel in a beautiful and large garden, nicely decorated. My room and bathroom were quite beautiful but very dark. The lamps did not help much. Breakfast was slightly limited and served only until 10 am. Communication with most staff was very difficult due to their lack of English. Pool area was beautiful."

"We booked this hotel with free breakfast for five nights. When we arrived at there, a front desk lady immediately tried to sell us a tour package for the Angkor ruins. We didn't purchase it right away. She also told us there was no free breakfast. The next day we bought a three-day Angkor tour plan from a nice front desk gentleman. "I had an incredible four-night stay at Borei Angkor Resort & Spa. I have never stayed in a hotel where every single staff member was kind, friendly, and as helpful as these team members were. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety of options. Also, the room was absolutely beautiful and had everything I needed. I loved the fish pond in the lobby and had to visit them every time I walked by! I can’t recommend this hotel enough. As a solo traveler, I never felt out of place or looked at funny like what often happens. Instead, I was treated like I was part of their family. It was hard to leave! Thank you to the entire team at Borei Angkor Resort for your hospitality during my Cambodian Adventure!"

"This hotel is AMAZING ❤️ First the photos do not do the hotel justice, it's even better in person. From the rooms to the pool, what a beautiful hotel. It's also in a good location, slightly away from the main town however close enough to go there. The hotel is located on a main road however once in the hotel you cannot hear any road noise at all. Secondly the hotel team (staff) - what a WONDERFUL bunch of people. Their customer service goes beyond anything I have experienced before. They go above and beyond for you making sure your stay is perfect. An example every morning for the buffet breakfast, one of the stewards knew I liked scrambled egg on toast and everyday he would go and get it made for me. Also while I was there I had a issue with the WiFi, this was sorted out straight away by the management of the hotel - this was at the beginning of my holiday however they always apologised for it every-time they saw me. I look forward to returning again."

"Had a wonderful stay. Really enjoyed the dining, pool and accommodations. It really is a beautiful oasis and the service was top-notch. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We also utilized their service for transportation as well as arranging for a guide. If I ever come back, I will definitely be here again. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was perfect. I wish I had all the names of the staff that were so incredible. The concierge was very nice and arranging things too. Wonderful."
