Wonderfull luxury hotel with excellent staff and service. Turndown at night is accompanied by local fruit and pastry treats. Beautifully appointed throughout and the Elephant Bar is a must. An ideal place to come home to after a hard day’s sightseeing at Angkor. We’ll remember it with pleasure.

The service is superb and the pool is epic. Definitely recommend dining on the terrace one evening. The rooms and hotel are old school in design but the pool is beautiful and the staff are amazing. Definitely the best hotel in Siem Reap and well worth it - you’ll want to come back to somewhere like this after all your exploring. NB. bring bug spray!

The quality of service is exceptional. The room is extremely clean and absolutely stunning. The bathroom has marble and beautiful tile. I had a very short time for a trip to Siem Reap after a business trip to Vietnam and was looking for a hotel that would feel safe for a solo traveler, convenient for a quick trip and feel like a vacation. Raffles did not disappoint. The service was amazing, the hotel is beautiful, the food is delicious and the shops are hard to resist. Even on an extremely hot day, I enjoyed a few hours at the pool between tours. I only wish I had been able to stay longer. I think this may be my new favorite hotel anywhere. It’s luxurious with all of the modern conveniences while also highlighting the culture and artisans of Cambodia.

I highly recommend staying at raffles in Siem Reap, it is an outstanding property, amazing service by all employees at the hotel, they are so service oriented and would be there to help at all times. The faculties at the hotel are amazing, great bars, restaurants and pool facilities. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the most polite and friendliness people you will ever meet, a particular shout out to Theary who was always there to assist us and organised tours and guidance on Siem Reap. We were had an amazing experience at this hotel as a result of the beautiful Cambodian people, we loved every minute and will return one day.

This Hotel was like a dream. I loved every second of my stay here. It was extreme luxury with a yesteryear feel to it. The staff were amazing. So happy, kind, friendly and always happy to chat and help in any way they could. The room was one of the best rooms I have ever had in a hotel. It really was like sleeping on a cloud in the massive bed. I felt like a king! I genuinely had a tear in my eye when I left! I’ve never experienced this type of luxury at such a low price.
