Obviously like the hotel, since I extended my stay 2 more times. Very friendly staff, very nice pools (on the top and ground floors), good and reliable internet. Very good buffet breakfast. Convenient location, walking distance from many restaurants, Aeon Mall, etc. Definitely recommend and will stay again there.

Got food poisoning during my stay (NOT from hotel food, it was local seared red tuna) and the staff took great care of me. They have an onsite pharmacist that took great care of me. Thanks again to this hotel and their wonderful staff!

My stay at Jaya Suites Hotel was nothing short of amazing. The room was spacious, modern, and absolutely spotless. The bed was so comfortable, and the pillows were the fluffiest I've ever felt! The staff were kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. I really appreciated how peaceful the hotel was despite being in a central location—it made for a restful stay. The breakfast had great variety and everything tasted fresh. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Reception staff were great. Our room was next to a building that was being demolised by hand with sledgehammers. It went on all day from 8 to 5. Breakfast ok but after a week could have been better. Dont use the tuk tuk drivers outside the hotel as you will be scammed. Room was good, shower too hot couldn't turn it down.
