"The hotel seemed okay upon walking in and I was hopeful when getting to the unit. It has a good location and the staff was nice. However, the lobby smelled like mildew and when getting to the unit it smelt even worse. The A/C didn’t really work well, and the toilet paper given would rip immediately when getting some. The shower and bathtub were good. But the room was very musty especially the carpet floors. The place deemed to be kid friendly, however, on the walls in the lobby they had images...

"An overall excellent stay; The staff greeted me warmly and and were extremely accommodating and professional. A specific example I have is that I needed a place to store my luggage after check out and they happily stored it for me free of charge. The room was very nice, clean, and well maintained and had everything I needed. The only downside I encountered was that the two elevators on the end were a bit janky, though not terribly so. "Doorman was fabulous! The room was a great size for a family of 4 with big kids. Room decor was fun, elevators were fast! Staff helpful. Room had some nicks and scratches, but it was clean and turn down service was great. The location is really great. Close enough to time square, close tomRockerfeller and 5th Ave, but quieter and not in the mix of all the chaos. Easy to get on subway and walk to destinations."
