"The place smelled of chemicals like they’re trying to hide odor. One of the pillows was dirty. I was told I could check in early if room was available. When I got there they wanted to extort $75 more for early Check in. The front desk clerk was very rude. When I made reservation they immediately used card on file without confirming it was ok. Basically stuck with the dump. I’d give the whole experience a minus star but that doesn’t exist. "

"I had an amazing stay. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, he even helped to clean snow off of my car after two separate major snowstorms. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area.Highly recommend."

"This home is close to shops and transportation in a quiet neighborhood. It is clean, has comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. We had good communication with the property manager. Plenty of heat and hot water. Did have an issue with the heat not working the first night (and ACs are left in the windows so it gets drafty), but they came and fixed it the next day.Kitchen appliances were updated and in good working order.No sign of bugs or rodents. One basement room did have a small area of a water leak against the wall, but the room was still usable. Overall it was a positive rental experienceOur 3 generation family was quite comfortable during our stay. Thank you!"
