"The people at the Doubletree were the nicest people I encountered the entire time I was in New York City!! and they even had an allergy free chocolate chip cookie so I could have one that’s the first time in my life. I’ve had a chocolate chip cookie upon checkin add a hotel! You do not understand how important it is to be inclusive it means the world it truly does."

"The room was not cleaned very thoroughly. Some of the outlets did not work. I asked the front desk for help with the TV because the remote was not working, and told them there was a plastic bag taped over the smoke/fire alarm. No one ever came to the room. The bedspread had white stains on it and did not look like it had been cleaned. "

"Clean and comfortable. They were out of hand soap though, so we got creative and used dish soap!"

"This home is close to shops and transportation in a quiet neighborhood. It is clean, has comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. We had good communication with the property manager. Plenty of heat and hot water. Did have an issue with the heat not working the first night (and ACs are left in the windows so it gets drafty), but they came and fixed it the next day.Kitchen appliances were updated and in good working order.No sign of bugs or rodents. One basement room did have a small area of a water leak against the wall, but the room was still usable. Overall it was a positive rental experienceOur 3 generation family was quite comfortable during our stay. Thank you!"
