Perfectly adequate for what it was - a place for a few hours of sleep after late night flight disruptions at adjacent JFK. The availability of tea and coffee and a quick shuttle back to the Air Train were appreciated and the room was clean and remarkably quiet; even my husband slept.

The room is always clean, the floor and elevator clean...the air on the hallway smells clean especially the rooms smells clean...the cleaning lady always smiles at me and ask me if I ever need anything to let them know... the lady front desk always has a beautiful greeting smile...am always comfortable and always rest peacefully there...I use this hotel when I work overtime and need to rest 1 or two days,

The staff were very helpful guiding us to the airport shuttle to be picked up by hotel. During our stay Jet Blue airline had cancelled our flights and the gentleman at the hotel was quick to have his cleaning staff work on the available rooms to allow our family of six have an early check in. The breakfast bar was fresh and clean. The rooms smelled cleaned; no complains. Would definitely book again

This is a super convenient option from JFK Airport. We were here for a weekend trip to see family and needed something affordable, but clean and had good service. This was the best option we found in the area. Also highly recommend the Lucky Boy restaurant across the street. This is a Greek restaurant with really good food. It was also a close location the things and people we wanted to see

Moldy room, broken shower head, broken electrical socket right beside the bathroom sink. The only saving grace for this place was the staff member that checked us in on the night of our stay. Everything else is AWFUL. DO NOT stay here and Expedia nor the hotel will refund your money for staying in a place with black mold in the washrooms.
