In all my stays at this hotel, it always clean, smells good, the staff are awesome, they remember me and greet me by my name at walking inside, temperature in the room is great, the bathroom also clean and good conditions...the house keeping staff are good respectfull and kind, like the idea of having coffee in the lobby, and is very quiet

The staff is very friendly, especially the gentlemen working the evening shift, I think he is retired military United States Airforce, very polite, and very knowledgeable about the area, outstanding customer support and very well mannered.

I stood for 5 nights, and service was great, very quiet, had to work late and do plenty papr work in the room They had coffee in the lobby, which was awesome for me while I was doing my psoer work in the room, Shopping center very close and plenty choices for food, the staff are wonderful and greet you with kindness and smile, definitely a great place to rest after long hours off work and quiet enough to rest

Perfectly adequate for what it was - a place for a few hours of sleep after late night flight disruptions at adjacent JFK. The availability of tea and coffee and a quick shuttle back to the Air Train were appreciated and the room was clean and remarkably quiet; even my husband slept.

The room is always clean, the floor and elevator clean...the air on the hallway smells clean especially the rooms smells clean...the cleaning lady always smiles at me and ask me if I ever need anything to let them know... the lady front desk always has a beautiful greeting smile...am always comfortable and always rest peacefully there...I use this hotel when I work overtime and need to rest 1 or two days,
