  • One of the many qualities of this home is the lovely wrap-around deck with amazing views. From nearby Hearst castle, to crystal blue water views, to forested hills, it's a place you'll hang out and enjoy clear Central Coast air, watch the wildlife that visit the neighborhood, the awesome sunsets, and the incredible night skies. This home has 2 bedrooms -- downstairs is a large bedroom with a king sized bed, twin sleeper and attached full bath. Upstairs is a bedroom with a king sized bed, attached full bath and access to the deck. There is a comfy queen sleeper sectional in the living room and a separate bar off of the kitchen for entertaining. There is lots of room for the dogs in the fully enclosed yard downstairs. This home is set up with family in mind, lots of creature comforts such as a flat screen TV, DVD, WiFi, a selection of movies, games & puzzles, and even a Ping Pong table. And best of all, it's in a great, centrally located part of town, quick to get to highway one, and north to Moonstone Beach or the Fiscalini Ranch bluff trails.500+ sq ft of outdoor living / deck area (gated), Gas BBQ, Enclosed yard, Wood burning stove, Panoramic ocean, forest, mountain views (also Lighthouse & Hearst Castle). The Treetop Treehouse was a wonderful place for our family to stay. The view was amazing, including seeing deer, wild turkeys, herons and blue jays from our windows and wrap-around deck. All the furniture was very comfortable, including the king size beds. There was a nice yard for our dog, and she enjoyed watching life go by from the deck. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were TVs in every room, books, games and many other things to add some fun. It was in a nice neighborhood, so we enjoyed going for walks there in addition to walks nearby at the preserve and at the coast. We'd definitely stay there again!

Beautiful place

Overall beautiful home, fully stocked, clean and very relaxing location. Woke up to live turkey and deer almost daily! Location to beaches and restaurants was wonderful!

A Wonderful Cozy Weekend in Cambria

We had a wonderful time at this treetop abode ❤️. Our dog Archie loved walking around the neighborhood, downtown Cambria, and the nearby Bluff Trail. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the fireplace was the perfect spot to enjoy a good meal and a view. We'd definitely stay here again!

Amazing weekend

Fantastic property in Cambria which is exceptionally well equipped and comfortable. We instantly relaxed and had no issues during our stay. The sunset from the decking was stunning and the quiet location perfect. Would recommend this property to everyone looking for a vacation property that feels like s home from home!

It’s all about the beautiful view. The bottom gate seemed to magically open but our dog was not lost. Great restaurants and beaches very close.

Great stay

We had such a great stay. They had everything we needed for our stay and some. Great hosts. We didn’t have to contact them for anything. It was as easy and great as a stay can be. Highly recommend this place!!

Great view, a bit dated and in need of improvements

Amazing views over the ocean and hills. A well-stocked kitchen and overall seemed well-supplied, including with dog crates etc for those with pets. The bathrooms are dated with sloppy grout. The decor isn't everyone's cup of tea, but comfortable. The beds were comfortable.

Great Views, Beautiful Neighborhood

One of my favorite neighborhoods in Cambria - surrounded by pines, with views of the ocean and sunsets. The house is conveniently located to town and Hwy 1, but is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. My dog and I walked all over the area -- to the ocean and Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Like the other reviews, the house needs some updating, but the beds were comfortable and the fireplace came in handy.

The house was fine. I don't think it needs an upgrade like some reviewers did. The backyard would be so much nicer if it was cleaned up a little with somewhere for us to sit to keep your dog company while they do their business!

The home was a perfect spot with 2 primary bedrooms and a cozy spot near the pot-belly stove to look out over the trees to the water beyond. Perfect for a get-together

We had for adults staying at the property. One couple stayed in the main bedroom. One single person stayed in the second bedroom, and the fourth person stayed on the couch. It was great having two bathrooms! The deck is wonderful! Beautiful views, very convenient to the adorable town, clean, comfortable. Highly recommend.

Lovely, open and airy.

A quick change of scenery for us. Good pet approved option here as there is a fenced area for dogs to use. We had some drizzly weather the first couple of days before we realized what a great view there was when the weather cleared. Overall a very comfortable stay in the upstairs living and sleeping area. Second bedroom and bath are downstairs, but left them closed off as we did not need them.

The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances, utensils, pots and pans and dishes that you would have in your own kitchen. The place was so spacious with a tv area and separate sitting area by the fireplace in addition to the dining and bar areas. The king size beds were one of the selling points for us but the firm mattresses were a little uncomfortable and that was our only complaint. We would definitely stay here again due to the size and location and how well the place was stocked.

So so review.

Bath towels and floor mat were in poor condition. no blankets just comforters. Hardly any dish detergent and no dishwasher detergent. Very little shampoo. Living room carpet needed to be cleaned. Beautiful view.

Get away

It was a nice place. The only thing was the weekend work being done next store was a bit of a bummer. The city worked Saturday & Sunday making alot of noise early in the morning. Someone also came & weed wacked both days, so there was alot of unexpected noise unfortunately. We also had no power our last night, so had a few issue's. o well, we still enjoyed ourselves.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 stayed at Tree Top for 3.5 weeks and a sixth member joined us for one week mid way thru our stay. We enjoyed the views immensely easy day looking out over the area. The kitchen was appreciated a lot as it was well equipped as we prepared most of our meals at Tree Top. We definitely would stay there again. Sleeping arrangements could be improved, however, to allow for 6 adults. We had to purchased an air mattress for one person with another sleeping on the living room sofa. Use of the garage for a vehicle was a benefit too. At our next stay we would use the table tennis set up in the garage that we overlooked.
