The only downside is the TV does not offer streaming services which honestly not horrible. I believe it is only the negative of this hotel. Everything else is awesome"

"Had to unexpectedly stay here for 2 weeks while my mom had medical emergency and was admitted to hospital. Stayed in 3 different room types and all were so clean and well kept up. Most importantly, the customer service was best I’ve ever had at a hotel which is even more impressive considering there isn’t the traditional lobby/desk staff. They respond 24/7 over text and were so accommodating given my mom’s medical emergency. Would 100% stay there again or any of their properties across the nation. Can’t thank them enough!"
