"There is a restaurant onsite that had delucious food,as well as onsite live entertainment. We came for the Belmont Stakes and it was approx 20 mins to the track via Uber. It is a beautiful location at the beach and very quiet. There is no on-site concierge which is why a Good rating but otherwise I recommend this place. It is cozy and although not overly large it is restful. The staff of the restaurant were auper nicenand helpful. The food is fantastic ( lobster roll was delicious)."

"Owner was very kind and gracious. The accommodation was a bit overlooked with attention. We had spider webs hanging from the ceiling in the bedroom, and there was no hand soap to wash our hands in the bathroom. We had a nice breakfast, and the Inn itself was old and had some charm. The grounds had lovely flower beds. The bed was only a double size, but it was comfortable. "

"Used coffee cups in dining area...no breakfast...owner said that he would compensate for that but there was no one to check us out the next morning with no compensation...shame that an historic inn is falling through the cracks...I definitely would not stay there again..."
