"I will never book with this host again. The key codes from the host didn't work when we arrived to the property and the phone number listed just went straight to voicemail. The host didn't get back to us until the next afternoon, when we'd already had to book a last minute hotel somewhere else, saying they didn't answer the phone because they were out of town. "We had a wonderful stay at this property and will rent again when in the area. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. The apt was beautiful and immaculate. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only area that was perfect was the outside stairs to the front door— uneven, steep, etc. We had older guest with us and this was concerning. But we managed. Thanks again for a great stay"

"Strong dog smell, dirty shabby condition of interior surfaces. Obvious makeshift repairs, spongy floors, torn, flaking couch. Kitchen counter had multiple burn marks and some sticky substance, corner held down with duct tape. Screen door off tracks, laying against wall. Wife was stung by insect in the unit, had to go to hospital. We moved out after only 3 hours, and literally slept in the car rather than go back. Owner uncaring, rude and greedy.
