"The house is very clean and rooms are freshly painted. All three bedrooms are comfortable. It has a complete kitchen and a dining room that seats 6. The location is great. Duff’s (an iconic wings spot) is with in a mile, the airport is within 10 mins, Orchard Park is about 20 mins depending on Bill’s traffic and Niagara Falls is less than an hour away.
