"Stayed for three nights with my husband and another couple. Very convenient for getting to the falls and surrounding area. The apartment was clean, we didn't have any problems. Just wish the fridge was larger and maybe some towel hooks in the bathroom and hangers in the closets."

"Initial disappointments were very unkept yard, home did not have operational conditioning and not great neighborhood to find out not terrible neighborhood for Buffalo I'm not from there. Described in listening as " Modern and Stylish " it did have some finishes that could be described as modern but the property is im guessing a 1940's building with some charm but definitely does not fit what i call "Modern".. Heavy photography filters on pictures on listing making it appear new or Modern but...

"The property was located in a very serene country setting. The locations of our interests were quite close. The two-lane roads were curvy and hilly and we loved it. The Inn itself was quite invigorating and allowed us to be able to nurture nature in a relaxful atmosphere. We were both quite satisfied with our stay. We felt secure in our surroundings and also felt supported by Shannon and all she did for us. Our stay transformed our lives. We met friends that we didn't know we had. While driving...

"We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment has everything you need to stay, we didn't have to bring anything extra. If I had to do it again, I'd stay here."

"House was as listed. Good sized rooms, balcony was a hit with the kids, and house was a 7 minute drive from the national park. Easy! Minor housekeeping issues: Top bunk sheets were dirty and had hair, when we rolled down the blankets for my kids. Glasses had lip marks and needed to be rewashed before using. Another roll of paper towels would have been appreciated. Otherwise, good home base for a great eclipse trip!"

"I have stayed at many places but this was by far the cleanest and most homey. Polly was very sweet and accommodating. There was so much to do nearby and the place had everything we could have needed. We can't wait to come back!"

"Annual girls trip to Niagara/Buffalo for D'Youville grad. Everything was clean and well-appointed. Host was easy to contact for a question. Located cross from beautiful historic high school and close to Elmwood shopping and restaurants. Past stays have been at the Embassy Suites and this was a much better value."

Free (summer only) shuttle a 2 minute walk away, but we ended up walking as things were so close. 15 to 30 minute walk to all falls viewpoints on the US side and the the Canadian side of the Rainbow Bridge. Host reached out a couple times to insure that we had no issues and responded quickly to any questions we had. P"

"Traveled to Buffalo for a two day concert.. the house was easy to find and very close to the Bills stadium which is where we needed to go. Plenty of places to eat and get coffee. Check in was a little confusing one email said 3pm one said 4pm. However when a called I was allowed access. Hosts were very nice and accommodating"
