"This hotel was one of the cleanest I have ever seen! The pool was awesome and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again."

"I do not recommend staying in this house. We rented it for two nights and unfortunately we couldn’t even stay the second night. We used one of the bathrooms, one time and the second bathroom one time and after using the second bathroom, the one time it clothed. Would not unclog and we had to wait until the following day for a plumber. We had to go to the gas station to use the bathroom for the first day we were there. When we were looking for a plunger to try and unclog the toilet, we noticed that there was leaking water under the bathroom sink cabinet. We had only been in the house for an hour or so this week has been prior to our visit. As soon as we pulled up to the house, the siding of the house was hanging off right in front of the front door. Safety Hazard and was an eye source as soon as we pulled up. The house was dusty and old. We ended up forfeiting our money and not staying the second night. I would suggest looking elsewhere to stay!"

"I recommend this place…Clean and spacious living room, decent rooms, excellent heat and hot water it was our main concern because of the weather, could use some upgrades on the lights and door locks, overall is perfect…… quite Neighborhood… excellent communication with the host(Patrice) he assist us and answered all our questions. "Four guys made the trip to Buffalo to attend the last game at The Ralph. Hidden Emerald was a great find. Location couldn't be better. Great restaurants all around. Between the driveway and street we never had an issue with parking (2 cars). But the best part is the interior. Very well kept, near new condition, extremely clean, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and linens. I would recommend Hidden Emerald to anyone. Thanks for the great restaurant recommendations Greg. Imperial Pizza was great pizza and the best wings I ever had (yes, wings from a pizza parlor)."
