"Fabulous hotel!!! Amazing venue! "

"I chose this property due to it being close to the airport. Funny thing, I never heard one plane flying. The first thing that I noticed when walking to our room was how dirty the hall rug was. We were in awe with the size of the room - it was big. We had a double queen size beds with a sofa in the room. The sofa was filthy that I had to put a sheet over the sofa before sleeping on it. There were 4 adults and due to my handicapping condition, I can not sleep in a bed. I sleep sitting up therefore, the reason for sleeping on the sofa. I believe that the sofa has not been cleaned in a while - stains and dirty sections and the sofa bottom had rips in it. The shower inside was clean, the handle was broken and the floor near the shower had caked on with dirt in the corners. Management needs to check rooms or have a list of what needs fixing that the cleaning person(s) fill out on a daily basis or find people who care about their job. The breakfast starts at 4:30 am and goes until 10:30 on the weekends. The lady who runs the breakfast was very polite, sweet and helpful. The breakfast consisted of yogurt, mixed fruit cups, bagels, bread, mini muffins, cereal - 3 different kinds, making of your own waffles, coffee, milk, teas, orange juice, apple juice and cranberry juice, scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. The food was hot and delicious. I felt that the parking was safe and it was free. As far as the staff, I only dealt with them in checking in/out. "

"The property is very noisy. The hotel is adjacent to a freeway and you can hear the heavy trucks all night. The floors are very squeaky. We heard the person above us take every step. It was very annoying. We have stayed at other Home2Stay hotel. This one did not meet the standard."

"For the price, thus excellent. Very comparable to the Hampton Inn, Springhill Suites type places, but half the price. Hilton and Marriott need to reduce their prices and points to be competitive. I am Diamond Member and Platinum Member of each, but ut just isn't worth staying in those chains when you need to pay double the rate of a La Quinta."

"We thankfully only stayed at this hotel for 1 night. We arrived after midnight and it took the woman at the front desk 20 mins to check me and my friend that we travelled with in. She kept taking calls and was moving at an exceptionally slow pace. When we got to our room it was pretty bare bones but given the price it was ok. The issue is that the floors were laminate and covered in a sticky film of some sort. It was terrible to walk through the room and have our socks and/or shoes stick to the floor with each step. Breakfast was fine. The kids enjoyed making their own waffles and pancakes but by that point we were so unimpressed we were just eager to leave."

"Got to the hotel after our flight from London at 12 as we’d been booked for 3 weeks in advance. Got to property by taxi because the shuttle driver had just not turned up! Then we arrived and front desk told us that they’d oversold and we had no room. It was 1 AM and we got told we had to go to another hotel. The girl at the desk was lovely and sorted our hotel and aloft have said they will cover it. Was incredibly shocked and disappointed."

"LOVED this location. The room layout is perfect! It’s quiet, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast options were plenty, including gluten free stuff. Close to many restaurants and stores but set back from the main road. Can’t wait to come back!"
