"Just awesome"

"My sister and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The home is old and has all the charm of the era when it was built. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. For those of you not familiar with parking in Buffalo. You are allowed to park on one side of the street only and that side is dependent on the day of the week. The street fills up pretty fast so be prepared to find a parking spot. If I return to Buffalo I would stay here again. Much more comfortable...

"The home and grounds were lovely, and just as pictured! Jill, who lives onsite, was very gracious in helping with whatever we needed, but also gave us plenty of privacy. We had pretty much whatever we needed, but there’s a convenience store right around the corner, which we frequented for odds and ends. Our stay initially started with just 4 people (me, my husband, 2 kids in their 20’s), but then had 2 others show up with very little notice. I thought it was okay for them to stay at the house,...

"This was a 2 night rent with my family it was quiet, decently decorated. The only recommendation I’d say would be the cleaning I had to scrub the tub out before I would use it. The toilet had been fixed recently and had it all over sides of toilet which made it feel dirty. Other than these 2 issues I’d rent it again. They left towels, soap, hair dryer which was great I forgot mine!, they had an iron. The beds are so comfy u definitely get good night sleep for sure! "

"Great location and very quiet. We were visiting friends in West Seneca and it was a perfect spot. My wife was surprised at how many things that were provided especially all the cooking items one might have forgotten to bring, like oil, spices and so forth."

"We went for the solar eclipse which turned out to be a dud. What wasn't a dud was the property in which we stayed. It was clean, stocked, and well maintained. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. I defiantly would stay there again if I was ever in the area."

"Clean enough but worn and old. The reason for three stars is mostly the outside parking area and driveway. Very muddy and full of leaves. I had to clean the mud off my shoes a few times. Couldn’t wait to leave. Would not stay there again! Sorry, I really wanted to like it."
