This property surpassed our expectations. Very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was available. The available snacks and drinks were a fantastic touch. The house has been preserved beautifully. The outside yard/patio space and front porch were covered and perfect for relaxing. By far one of my favorite stays amongst my travels. Highly recommend.

The staff there are soo friendly! They gave good recommendations on food and attractions. The hotel was clean and located in a good location.

It was very clean quiet nothing bad to say about the stay

This hotel is spacious, clean, reasonably priced, conveniently located and has everything you need! The pool is clean and staff is friendly and attentive. Great value

It seems always to be hit or miss when you choose a property in an urban location with which you are not familiar. This one is a winner - right on a main street, yet not loud or dirty. Very clean property with great staff. Easy parking. Some very good restaurants within a few blocks. Very happy with this choice.

Nice hotel

The hotel and breakfast were good; the service was exceptional! They went above and beyond to help me. I needed a windshield wiper replaced and could not do it myself; the person happily came out and assisted me. This was much needed as the dreary weather would have been treacherous without properly working wipers.

Wow. The staff and breakfast could not be beaten. This might date the experience, but they were COVID conscious while extending warmth and care at every turn. They displayed a number of "pardon the renovations" signs and emails, but we never saw a single disruption to the structure. The rooms must have been updated recently because they were lovely and clean feeling.

Stay was as expected. Lots of room to sleep all four of us on two Queens and a sleeper sofa. Its been a couple of years since we have been in a Springhill suites but it appears that they have remodeled the bathrooms and we love the new look, except that the sliding door does not have a lock, which some people will not like.

Convenient to Shea’s.

Convenient shuttle to airport, great location for flight the next day

Always great service. Clean and exactly what i wanted.

Very clean nice room and bed was very comfortable enjoyed my stay definitely will stay again

Fabulous. I booked based on the high review and this place didn’t disappoint. Completely renovated. My room was well appointed. Bathroom brand new. New carpet. Bed was comfortable. My room choice featured a small refrigerator and coffee maker. I parked right outside my room. Area was safe. Newly paved parking lot. Lots of food options in the area.

I was quite pleased with this property. My understanding is that the property is not a new build, but it obviously has been completely renovated. I’ve been to properties where “renovations” amounted to not much more than a slopped on coat of paint and old nasty carpet replaced with cheap vinyl flooring. That is not the case here. Whoever owns/manages this property really cares about the product they want to provide. Linens & towels were of good quality and very clean and white. Staff were all...
