Cute historic hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was spacious and had nice amenities. It could have used more lights and a small table for comfort though. It had a view of the rapids which was lovely. Location was the biggest perk. You could easily walk to Goat Island and all the lookouts on the American Falls side. The restaurant was also convenient; dinner was okay but the breakfast was good. The entire hotel staff was pleasant and very accommodating.

I loved the Art Deco building. The rooms were huge, wonderful high ceilings, and had a separate sitting area with its own tv, and a fireplace in the bedroom. Will definitely stay there again.

The property was immaculate and the host were amazing!!
The breakfast was delicious, we couldn't have been happier staying at the Butler House. Looking forward to staying there again when we visit the area for more hiking, walking and exploring!

This hotel is located at the prime location and it’s easily accessible to all attractions and lot of options for food and especially we don’t need a car to visit all surrounding areas within Niagara Falls state park

I would higly recommend Fairfueld Inn & Suites Buffalo Amherst. They have Very friendly staff and the hotel is very clean in general. Not to mention the breakfast was always good and they have fresh apples and cookies at the front desk.

We loved this hotel! 10 minutes from the airport with a free shuttle (although we could only use it one way because of the hours). The staff were all so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast variety was nice. The sausage could have been cooked a little better and we would have preferred individual yogurts over the bowl.

Our two-night stay was for a anniversary get-away during the off season.
Everyone was super nice, and check in was easy. The hotel was quiet, and our very clean.
I had requested a room with the view and mentioned our anniversary, and they went even further by giving us a room with a balcony, and had flower petals arranged on the bed. It was a great surprise!

This is a beautiful hotel. Our king suite was so very nice. Having a top rated restaurant right there was amazing and the breakfast next morning was delicious and well stocked. I can't wait to visit again and take some other family members. My husband said he would drive the 3 hours from where we live just to stay at the hotel and dine at Russells. That is saying something because he is not a traveler. The Christmas decorations were so very festive. We were there for a wake and memorial service...
