We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. We travel to Buffalo often, family and our daughter is in college there. We have stayed in many hotels in the area but none were as charming, beautifully designed, clean, and had a staff that was available for anything you needed. Staff was polite and helpful. Too many chemicals in pool burned my son's eyes. Will bring goggles next time. He didn't even open his eyes under water. But I understand the use of chemicals to keep it clean. Only negative thing was another young couple came down in the evening to use the pool and were very inappropriate in the pool area in front of my children. Not hotels fault. But we left earlier than we would have so they didn't have to see them doing what they were doing.
