The only things that could’ve been better were the amenities offered. For example: creamers, sweeteners & coffee cups for morning coffee, laundry detergent/dryer sheets for washing machine, & overall supplies in general. "

"the rooms are adequate and the beds comfortable. before going out to explore Buffalo--a really wonderful city--on the second day of our stay we requested fresh towels and reserved a time for the airport shuttle fore the next morning. When we came back about 4 the towels had not come. This morning we boarded the shuttle to and our names were not on the list."
