"Comfort Inn was just what we needed for a few nights to check out the nearby University. The property and room were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. The WiFi worked well enough for emails, using SharePoint, etc. (I didn’t try streaming video). The included breakfast was good enough, with premade eggs, sausage, muffins, bagels, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea, juices and a waffle station. It was a good value option."

"This is our "go to" place to stay when in Buffalo. A peculiar place seemingly crystallized in time, which is one of things we like about it. Presently undergoing a refresh. Other notable items: > vast, well lit parking. No concerns about getting a door ding > large super hot showers > And of course, the lobby Piazza and morning breakfast"
Quality Hotel & Suites At The Falls

"Quiet! That matters a lot when you are sleeping in a strange place. I slept solidly both nights. I asked for an accessible room because I need to have bars in the bathroom. They provided quite a lot of bars in the bathtub which made me feel so much safer. I'm not in a wheelchair but they went out of their way to explain the door was programmed to close in 30 seconds to accommodate wheelchair entry and exit. I understood, got used to waiting for the door to close anytime I left. There were plenty of towels, everything was really clean. You can tell it's an old building, but after all, you're not at Niagara Falls to hang around your room all day. Reasonably priced, centrally located a plus."

"We enjoyed our overnight stay at the hotel. It was our first time to stay in Buffalo USA and at this specific location. The experience was excellent. All staff were friendly and very accommodating. It is an upscale hotel for sure. One big complaint we have though is that we were put on the same floor with unconsiderate people. Teenagers were none stop banging on doors, in and out of their hotel rooms, constant noise, yelling, laughing, moving of things and at one point a small understanding between a parent and a son. This went on until 2:30am. I supposed there were drunk adults too."
