"This is our "go to" place to stay when in Buffalo. A peculiar place seemingly crystallized in time, which is one of things we like about it. Presently undergoing a refresh. Other notable items: > vast, well lit parking. No concerns about getting a door ding > large super hot showers > And of course, the lobby Piazza and morning breakfast"

"The front desk staff, valet service, breakfast staff, and housekeeping were always friendly and helpful. The room was large, quiet, and clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. The breakfast was decent. I suggest adding a water-bottle-filling station and rearranging the coffee/beverage area, as it doesn't really allow more than one person to get a beverage at a time. My only other complaint is that the gym is small, and the only treadmill was out of service during the four days I was there."

"Quiet! That matters a lot when you are sleeping in a strange place. I slept solidly both nights. I asked for an accessible room because I need to have bars in the bathroom. They provided quite a lot of bars in the bathtub which made me feel so much safer. I'm not in a wheelchair but they went out of their way to explain the door was programmed to close in 30 seconds to accommodate wheelchair entry and exit. I understood, got used to waiting for the door to close anytime I left. There were plenty of towels, everything was really clean. You can tell it's an old building, but after all, you're not at Niagara Falls to hang around your room all day. Reasonably priced, centrally located a plus."
