"The staff were rude. The check-in was horrible, I showed up couple of hours earlier with elderly parents and requested them if I could get a room sooner. They made me wait until 4pm and even then I never got any text they said I will when the room is ready. The front desk staff won’t even smile and it’s like they don’t want you there. Marriott is a horrible hotel chain.. they charge you extra for better internet, extra for parking, want breakfast pay extra."
