Very clean rooms. The staff was great at checking in; we had never been here, so we got the whole run down! They even show movies twice a day in their theater! They have a great indoor pool and game room, plus a great lobby to sit and relax. Cozy room to watch the rain, play games and eat snacks! For the most part, very quiet, clean, spacious for 2 people on a long weekend getaway! They had all the dishes, pots, pans to cook a nice meal, even had a wine bottle opener! Only downside was the weather, you could not go walking around or sit on the open porch, too much rain! Highly recommended for a couple or the entire family, a really great place to enjoy the Berkshires!

Nice place. Had a good stay. First night was awful. Our building smelled heavily of weed. And, our room was next to the walkway which meant we heard alot of noise. Outside of that the guests in the building were noisy, loud hallway conversations, yelling, slamming of doors. I didn't sleep all night. Next day we requested a room change and building management accommodated us immediately and apologized. Pool area is huge and there is a nice hot tub. The ground has other pools that are seasonal. Quite a few grills as well. Very nice place, would recommend and wold visit again.

Our entire experience was great! The check in was easy, the rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and kind. The pool and hot tub were a great source of relaxation and fun with our Granddaughter, we just never figured out where the theatre was. Most of all could not beat the price.
