"Perfect location, very convenient to get transportation. The staff were amazing especially in the vintage cafe and front desk. The room was nice and spacious, nicely decorated. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit. The music around the property was very pleasant. The staff on the 6th floor were excellent and attentive."
"Staying at the Crane Resort met our expectations and more! The few potential challenges were resolved by a warm, helpful and accommodating staff. It was truly a home away from home. We stayed in one of the private residences and had everything we wanted and more..an exceptional view, immaculate room and amenities beyond our expectations! "Thank you" to the staff at The Crane Resort!"
"Our stay at Sea Breeze Beach house was wonderful. The property sits on a beautiful stretch of white sand beach. Our room was just as described with a beautiful sea view. There are a variety of food options as well as bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful and kind."
"We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Bay Barbados, and one of the biggest reasons was the people. The staff truly made the experience special. Kai, Akiel, Kay, Destiny, and Devon were absolutely amazing. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and personable. It seemed like everywhere you turned, someone was greeting you with a smile and a hello. That kind of genuine hospitality is something you can’t teach, and it speaks volumes about the people who make this resort what it is.
The resort itself was clean and welcoming, the food was good, the beach was beautiful, and the pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, Sugar Bay has a lot going for it, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
That said, there are a few areas where management could make some relatively simple improvements that would go a long way toward elevating the overall guest experience:
* Front gazebo: The stockpile of old mattresses near the front gazebo needs to be removed. It’s not the first impression you want guests to have.
* Beach cleanliness: The beach should be checked and cleaned daily, including removing discarded cups and other debris.
* Dirty dishes: We noticed dirty dishes with leftover food being left out for days. This is something that should be addressed promptly.
* Beach bar signage: The missing or damaged letters on the Sugar Bay branding in front of the beach bar need to be replaced.
Easy fix for 5 stars"
"Hilton has an excellent location with breath taking views . They are upgrading the hotel because it needs some updating due to the age of the hotel, so if you dont mind a bit of construction its fine. It didnt bother me because they weren't noisy. The rooms are very nice however the shower was not cleaned properly and mould is visible in the bathroom. Other than that the staff is amazing and the food at the restaurant was great . Just be careful with the eggs at breakfast ! 😳"
