Hotel was gorgeous and kept so nice, first impressions are great with a welcoming team and lovely reception area. We got upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise and the room was so nice! Really comfortable, spacious and modern. Pool area is good too!

The hotel itself is good. The infrastructure is in line with what you pay for. The rooms are very clean, well maintained. However the food is a big disappointment. I have had dinner here multiple times tried multiple things, but the quality and taste is not at par, its rather well below par. So if you are just staying here not eating, great choice. And being far from the city, there isn't much food joints near by. So beware.

Room was clean, shower tray to floor covering could do with replacing as cracked, breakfast was good with the amount of choice , but coffee machines need to be checked more often as keeps running out of water and beans.

No booking notes were accommodated| although they were relayed to me at check in. Breakfast selection and organisation was poor. Cleanlisness of gym, pool, and relaxation rooms were disgusting. Room was dusty, half done paint was not a good experience for what I was expecting from a 4* hotel

Spacious rooms with relatively new upgrades to be sure — so no complaints in room experience. Staff are absolutely wonderful, too. Please note that the property is a dated 1990s layout and architecture and styling. It’s all in serviceable, acceptable condition — just a few decades dated.

Breakfast was awesome Surprised that as a spa hotel there was no complimentary body lotion After a sweltering first night we got a fan which made a great difference It was a shame we didn’t get to use the gym and pool but hotel was ideally placed for the visits we needed to make. Good value, particularly with the included breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this hotel. The staff at check in and throughout the hotel were very helpful and friendly, we stayed in the deluxe twin double room, it was very spacious and room cleaned every day. We really enjoyed the use of the pool, sauna, and hot tub. The meals at the restaurant were of an exceptionally high standard, consistently well-presented and delicious. We also really enjoyed breakfast. Especially the freshly made buttermilk pancakes. Very happy we booked into your lovely hotel.

Hotel was very easy to get to with plenty of parking, lovely furniture and decor all around. To the rear of property was a small lake with Fish which you could feed if asked reception for food for them. Room was really clean and very good as it had both bath with shower and a seperate shower. Large tv and comfy beds. Pool was slightly smaller than i expected but nice and warm. Changing rooms needed someone to regularly attend and clean especially as bins were always full. Restaurant was very nice could do with a bigger menu however food was tasty and reasonably priced. Breakfast had plenty choices however for some items there was an additional charge which i thought was a bit cheeky. Quiet location from the hustle n bustle 9f Cambridge but not much in the immediate vicinity other than Morrisons. The only downside to hotel when i was there was that both lifts were not working for 2 days which with heavy suitcase or anyone with disabilities getting upstairs was a major issue. Was informed that help with the evacuchair could be used to get downstairs but this seemed a bit excessive. All in all a pretty good hotel and i would stay here again.
