Great, clean modern hotel with good amenities. Well located in quiet retail area with Cambridge 20 mins away in car, or Park and Ride 10 mins away. Friendly, helpful staff. Everything you need for a comfortable short stay including buffet breakfast, hot or cold. Only negative was the hot breakfast quality not too good (eggs, and hash browns) but enough other items were more than enough for a decent breakfast. Would highly recommend and definitely would book again.

Room very clean and housekeeping in attendance. Breakfast - chaotic but a very busy period for hotel; staff multi-tasking perhaps a bit too much; guests not too sure where anything was located at buffet; no room-check 'just turn up' gives impression of low-value aspect. Everything else, fine.

Great hotel 8 miles outside of Cambridge. 12 minutes from the Park and Ride, if you are intending to visit Cambridge. Nice room with good sound proofing and aircon. Even the windows open. Overall we had a great 2 night stay.

Very pleasant staff.Spacious clean, comfortable room, good WiFi,good tv. comfy bed, an ample, comfortable sofa and lovely bathroom with good quality towels.Large walk in shower with ample hot water and flow. Ample parking right outside the hotel with no extra charge to use. A Morrisons right next door which also had a filling station and 24 hour small shop. The communal area had tv. screens so you could enjoy sports etc. and the self service buffet breakfast was good but the range of food apart from this was dire and having had a Caesar salad with chicken for my evening meal on one occasion I decided to stick with eating a cheap sandwich from the garage. The salad leaves were swamped with the overbearing sauce. The kitchen service was also very slow when one considers the type of food being available. The food issue would deter me from staying there again if I wished to book for more than one night.

The room was comfortable, and being able to use the air-conditioner during the extremely hot weather was bliss. The staff were friendly and helpful, and when we decided to stay another night (to dodge the heat), the front desk staff helped arrange this and added a late checkout to our booking. Can definitely recommend and will use again.
