Our room was comfortable, quiet, clean and conveniently located on the bottom floor so we could use the sliding glass door to go to and from our car. The hotel is located a short drive from the airport, which was super convenient for us as we were picking up someone from an early morning flight. We had a lovely stay, I would definitely book here again when visiting Kitchener or catching a flight from Kitcgener/Waterloo."

"The hotel was great right from the start. The front desk always had someone available whenever I had a question, and both check-in and check-out were very easy and efficient. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a direct message from the concierge service checking in to see how everything was going and whether we were settling in well — that extra touch felt incredible and very thoughtful. The room was clean, and having a suite with a separate living space allowed the kids to stay on their own schedule and go to bed at the right time, while my husband and I were able to enjoy some quality time together. The pool was the biggest hit with our children — it was warm, which made it even better, and they absolutely loved it. Breakfast offered great options for all of us, including healthy choices, which we really appreciated."
