Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer Urbanisation, also in einem Gebiet von Ferienunterkünften, aber auch fest bewohnten Objekten. Der zugehörige Außen-Stellplatz reichte auch für unseren relativ großen SUV. Zum Ein- und Ausladen konnten wir bis kurz vor die Haustür des Mehrfamilienhauses fahren. Im Gebäude sind insgesamt 12 Wohnungen auf drei Etagen. Die Wohnung ist mit einem neuen Fahrstuhl einfach im 3. OG zu erreichen. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen herrlichen Meerblick. Der Strand ist ca. 150 m entfernt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Die Wohnung hat geschätzt 50 qm bestehend aus 2 Schlafräumen und eignet sich gut für 3 Erwachsene plus 1 Kind. Ein Kinderstuhl, 1 Waschmaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierkombination, großem Smart-TV, Spülmaschine und gutes Koch- und Essgeschirr ist in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Alles in der Ferienwohnung und dem Balkon war heil und praktisch.Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen und kommt für ein weiteres Mal in Frage.
