The Casa Bruselas is a beautiful and modern terraced house located in the exclusive Vilafortuny area in Cambrils. This house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 9 people. It has a solarium terrace and a communal pool in a quiet residential complex.

The house is distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful fully furnished terrace with access to the communal pool area. It also has a large living-dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen with utensils and appliances, including a dishwasher, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

On the upper floor, there is a suite-style bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with a bunk bed for 3 people and another bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, on the roof, there is a beautiful solarium with sun loungers.

The Casa Bruselas is a quality accommodation that offers all the necessary amenities for an unforgettable holiday. It is located a short distance from the Vilafortuny beach and close to all services.

At Planet Costa Dorada, we are committed to providing you with hotel-industry services. Our reception team will be available to assist you and provide continuous attention. We will carry out periodic cleaning of the accommodation, including the weekly change of bed and bath linen. We also offer additional services, such as laundry and luggage storage. If you wish to enjoy catering and catering services, we will be happy to provide them.

The client will expressly authorise the entry into the accommodation in their presence and in their agreed absence, to the personnel required for its cleaning and change of linen.

The luggage storage service is limited to a maximum of 2 suitcases per guest and a maximum weight per suitcase of 23 kilos and 158 linear cm.

It is important to note that the opening, operation and schedules of the communal pools are subject to the current regulations applied in each community of owners, in order to guarantee a safe and healthy environment in these facilities.

Estancia tranquila, aunque desatendida

El apartamento en general se encontraba en buen estado ubicado en una zona tranquila. Tuvimos un problema con fugas de agua al utilizar la grifería de la cocina, el sumidero estaba atascado y el desagüé tenía también perdidas de agua, era bastante incómodo utilizarlo aparte del consumo de agua innecesario. Además, la barbacoa se encontraba bastante sucia. Se informó a la inmobiliaria en varias ocasiones de estos problemas y de otras imperfecciones del apartamento que desconocían, aportándoles fotos pero no atendieron a ninguna de las comunicaciones, ni por WhatsApp, ni por vía telefónica directa. Si no hubiera sido por la falta de comunicación y atención de la inmobiliaria, la puntuación hubiera sido más alta. Es una lastima, pero hay que atender los problemas, no solo recibir el dinero y desentenderse.

Tuvimos un problema con el calentador de agua, y lo resolvieron bien. La casa es amplia y còmoda. Es una zona muy tranquila, pero esta un poco lejos andando a la playa.
