The lower-level home sleeps four and includes a full kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, while the second-floor home also sleeps four and features a convenient kitchenette with a stovetop.

Explore nearby state parks, set out on a kayak or schooner tour from Camden Harbor, or take a day trip to Acadia National Park. With harbor views, modern updates, and flexible accommodations, this home is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and Maine charm.

The two homes that comprise this property can be rented separately or together.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Charming

Amazing views and sounds from the made this beautiful and updated little apartment a great find. Its just a few hundred yards from downtown, restaurants shops etc and right next to harbor park. Overall feel of this place was clean and well done witnout being overdone. Had a n bathroom walk in shower, comfortable beds and easy parking. We are already planning on going back next year.

Camdens harbor stay

The location is amazing, the views and neighbor is exquisite. Amenities are up to date, except the doors swing fast and are loud. Downstairs tenants can be heard at some points not overwhelmingly noise. The stairs are a workout but not over burden. Carpets were clean and air conditioning unit worked very well.
