"Nice clean and modern room in a great central London location. As with any London Hotel, you’re paying for the location as it’s by no means a cheap stay for how small a space your room is. Staff super friendly, big downside would be no lift to the part of the 4th floor I was on so may be challenging for elderly people or if you have lots of luggage to haul up a lot of narrow stairs."

"We stayed two nights while in London. They held our bags before check in and after check out. We were out exploring 12+ hours a day. We used the club while we were waiting for our train though we had checked out hours earlier. Great facilities, super friendly staff. We did use the laundry, detergent was available and included. The scent was strong for my liking but still smelled better than dirty clothes and now we have clean clothes when we arrive home. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was suitable for our needs. There was no air conditioning available but the hotel provided a fan. It was always very hot in the room. The room was a little small. The faucet in the bathroom sink was not placed well and it was difficult to use. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful and had a room ready for us early before the check in time. The area was convenient for walking and public transportation. I would recommend this hotel."

The Clermont London, Charing Cross

The Clermont London, Charing Cross

"Room was nice. Cons: Walls needed to be repainted. Bathtub leaked water and tiles were repaired badly. Was only here 2 nights, but our room was not cleaned after the 1st night. We didn't have any sign on the door to dissuade them. Extra bed had a caved in mattress. Pros: They were prompt when we asked for extra towels, additional baggage stands, toilet paper, etc. Welcoming sign on the TVs in our room. The staircase was beautiful and the hotel smelled really nice. The location was amazing, very close to National Gallery and the Circle/District lines on the Tube. The view from our room was very nice. Hotel staff was helpful."

Moxy London Piccadilly Circus

Moxy London Piccadilly Circus

8/10 Good
"This is a super trendy hotel with a beautiful entryway, right off of Piccadilly Circus two escalators take you up into an immaculate reception styled like a chic nightclub with gorgeous gold stairs leading up to the bar. The problem? At the base of the escalators a sign indicates that for a step free entry you can walk through a nondescript door off to the side. Down several hallways and turns you find an elevator that will bypass the stairs. When accessibility is hidden behind doors that feel like a loading dock out of view of the glitz and glam of the entryway of the hotel it sends a subtle message: wheelchairs, rollators, walkers, and anyone using them or anyone who is unable to make it up ten steps is not part of the aesthetic of the hotel and should be hidden away. I use a walking aide (a cane) and also had a heavy small rolling suitcase with me and had to drag it around those hallways to get to the front desk. In the morning when I went for breakfast I was pointed down a bizarre staircase with no lift in sight to their glamorous restaurant. Is the restaurant not accessible or was accessibility not offered? Were it not for this I would have easily rated the hotel 5 stars. The staff is great, the hotel is clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. When I checked out a staff member happily helped me carry my suitcase down the stair case and escalator and all the way out the front door without being asked."
