"Room 604 was great. Had amazing view looking towards St.Pauls and the Thames from the side window. Room had a shower (no bath). All was very clean. Lovely big kingsize bed.The staff were polite and friendly. Was impressed that they put little tea lights going up the beautiful staircase at night to make it look even more magical.We have stayed a few time now as hotel is so conveniently placed for theatres, Covent garden etc. Our only reason for dropping a point this time is that the trains were constantly rumbling and could be heard (sounded like soft thunder in the distance to give you an idea..but realise this coukd not be helped, just haven't noticed when we have stayed before in different rooms) and the fridge was excessively noisy (we landed up unplugging it overnight). "
