"Good hotel right on the water front. The city view rooms should be taken with a pinch of salt as you don’t see much really. Great cocktail bar in floor 12 with prices that are not that bad, just a bit bad. Room rates seem on the high side but I guess you’re paying extra for the location."

"It is always a great experience to stay here. This was our third time and they helped us with special surprise to celebrate a birthday. "

"We stayed on the Garden side of the hotel. It was a very nice room. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The room was very quiet from street noise and the view from the 4th floor was nice, overlooking the river and The Eye. There was a lot of happy but noisy young people in the early nighttime hours in the Garden, but that didn't bother us. The only major issue we had was a lack of hot water on the weekend. It might be warm for a minute and then went cold. We didn't have any problems on the week days."

"Location is so good and 4 min to subway. Breakfast is very good. Close to all the good tourist site. Can walk to every where. Definitely will stay here for next trip to London"
