What an extraordinary hotel! I have stayed at many exceptional hotels and this one rates at the very top! The rooms were beautiful and the staff truly go out of their way to assist in every manner. The hotel even has a mini-theater in the basement where we watched the finals of the World Cup!

I can't see how anyone can say anything negatively or indifferent about this hotel. I am a very picky traveler and appreciate great service and from the moment I checked in to the hotel, everything and everyone was spot on. The hotel is immaculate. The service was better than at any hotel I have experienced. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel. Look forward to staying again and thanks again to Ben who made my stay feel like I never left home. I appreciate you all!

So lovely, comfortable and welcoming, you never want to leave. Location is easy walking from shopping, theater, great restaurants. Rooms are charming and beds are dreamy. Staff is friendly and helpful, from advice on restaurants to getting you a taxi. The large library is wonderful for socializing, reading or ordering a cup of tea.

We go to London often and this is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. The location is perfect! The staff was so kind to us, we felt like royalty, and took care of our every need. The rooms are spacious with beautiful furnishings and the bathrooms were heavenly. There is also a drawing room with an honor bar that is just for hotel guests and it was absolutely lovely!

The rooms were absolutely gorgeous as well as neat and clean. The staff was most hospitable and inviting. The whole experience was outstanding. Concierge made everything work perfectly for us. We were traveling with a group and booked at this hotel by accident. What an accident it was absolutely beautiful.
