Small rooms with a bunkbed. We knew this, the kids were excited, and it worked! The location was perfect and London is a very walkable city, so being this close to Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus (we were lucky to have a view of this!) was ideal.

It was better than I thought to be honest. It was basic but room had everything we needed and for the location and price it not sure it can be beaten in London. No fridge in room which you might miss if there a few days. Light wasn’t great for doing makeup but all that said I’d stay again purely for the location. Also got a great nights sleep - bed was comfy and was quiet .. surprising for where it is. You don’t really see any star and you don’t need to everything is done on line or on a machine.

Not my fav: I did not enjoy the lack of a welcome desk. The sink in my room was clogged. The lamp was covered in dust. I choose a windowless room for a lower price, but there was no chair, no shelf, nowhere to put luggage. It felt highly minimalist for 250.00 a night. The breakfast was amazing however and the restaurant breathtaking!
