Liked the location and the ease of check-in. The size was rather tight for 3 adults, especially the tiny bathroom. There were stairs leading down to bathroom which was a bit hazardous in middle of night. Appreciated the in room coffee and nearby cafes. Easy walk to Blackfriars tube station. Overall it was a nice room but overpriced for size and lack of hotel amenities onsite.

The place was beyond our expectations and the best we stayed in during our two week trip to the UK! Very clean, spacious and cozy. Loved the kitchenette with table and chairs, plus the extra blankets, pillows and robes if we needed them. Great location to train stations and easy walking to all we wanted to see. Highly recommend.

The studio room itself was nice. However, we were not happy that the TV did not work for the entire duration of our visit. We were also disappointed to find rubbish left in both bins when we arrived, which made us feel that the room had not been properly checked and cleaned before our stay. This was especially frustrating as we expected better for the money we paid. Apart from these issues, the accommodation was in a perfect location and had good potential.

Modern, very clean, well laid out and roomy aparthotel room. The three of us enjoyed our stay in this lovely room. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The wifi and AC worked well and we slept well in the beds. When I had a question or request the host responded quickly. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close by St Paul's Cathedral. There is easy access to the tube. However, some sites like the Tate Modern or Borough Market are within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, great service, my daughter left her cell phone in the lobby and within 5 minutes, a member of the staff had figured out it was ours, contacted the main office, obtained our contact info, and called to alert us. Also, units very clean, location and access to tube excellent, great market across the street, Lime bikes 2 minutes away, beds very comfortable, and smart TV a plus. In addition, the Reno fitness center was outstanding, with a full complement of well maintained exercise equipment. I am a cyclist, and the availability of spin bikes was an added plus for my training. Only consideration is that rooms are somewhat small, but for the price, no complaints at all. Great stay and experience. Highly recommend.
