The location is perfect and the staff is so friendly. It was walkable to the London Eye, the Theaters, street entertainment and so much more. We really enjoyed our stay and the convenience to so much London has to offer. The rooms are clean and very comfortable.

The staff went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and to help celebrate our 15 year anniversary. The hotel is in an excellent location and we felt very safe. The room was spacious and clean. Appreciated the little kitchen area and the morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

An excellent hotel, with warm staff and attention to detail. The staff were so helpful and kind. The evening drinks were lovely and the room was very brilliant with one of the best showers ever and a comfortable big bed. Plus a great location for cafes and heading into central London.

In the middle of Coventry Garden. There are tons of good restaurants, bars, shops. National Gallery, China Town are within a few minutes of walk and Strand St. is literally around the corner where we could hop on to the famous red double decker bus. The kitchenette was useful with coffee maker and kettle.

The staff in the room was amazing. This boutique hotel in the heart of Covent Garden was exactly where I needed it to be. I only wish that they had more amenities other than the in room Keurig and mini refrigerator. To note, you must bring an adapter if you’re coming from the states.

If your going to shows or other tourist sites this is a great location. In addition the staff is great the hotel is spotless and the room are a decent size. Lastly the linens are very nice including extra large towels. I absolutely will stay there again.

Great location – central to British Museum, National Gallery, and West End Theatre District. Grocery store within walking distance. Incredibly helpful staff. A small, but well appointed kitchenette. Excellent shower with great water pressure and terrific. Rainforest showerhead. High security to keep outsiders at bay. Excellent air-conditioning. Clean room with comfortable bed, soft pillows, and nice linens. Very good value for location and amenities provided.
