"The hotel itself is in a great location and it has everything you need it’s clean and the staff are nice. However I will say it’s pretty basic inside, and I didn’t think the no window would bother me but I did a little. However I knew it was a windowless room when I booked. The beds are uncomfortable and you have to pay for extras you’d typically get for free in other hotels. For example I had a late train home and they charge you £15 per item to use the luggage room. Usually I wouldn’t bother but it was the hottest day of the year and didn’t want to carry my bags round London for the day until I had my train home However overall for the price you pay for the middle of London it has all you need really being a bed to sleep in and a place to shower although very basic inside."

"We did not pay extra for the breakfast so cannot rate that. The team was very helpful especially since all London was freaking out over the heat wave and we did appreciate the ac. Beds were not the greatest but were ok. The bathroom was very small and not well designed. They had a soap/shampoo combo and no conditioner. The property is close by Victoria so that is a plus. Overall 8/10."

"I stayed here for 4 nights with my adult daughter in a twin room. It reminded me of a dorm room because of its size, but it actually had plenty of space for the two of us. The shower was a bit small even for us (I'm five feet tall), but it was clean and stocked with toiletries. Our room was ready when we checked in, which was fantastic because we could change, rest, and freshen up right away. It was a bit strange to us that our building was across the street from the primary reception desk, but we were told that they own several of the buildings on that block and that it's one hotel chain. The building and neighborhood are quiet and safe. The tube station (Victoria) was an 8-minute walk away, and there was a Pimlico bus stop a block away. Eleven pubs within 1000 feet of this hotel! We went to Hatch 77 cafe several times for breakfast - it's only a 5-minute walk. There's also a Sainsbury's (grocery store) and a Pret less than 10 minutes' walk away, so we were able to stock up on water and fresh fruit each day. The area was not touristy at all! Our room on the top floor (no lift) had a wonderful view of the Eye and Parliament. Climbing those stairs was killer at the end of a long day walking around London, but to be fair, we chose the view over a ground-floor room. Haha! The people at the reception desk were great! Very helpful and very kind. They called a car service for us for our return trip to the airport, and it saved us just over 20 pounds! I would stay here again!"

"Ideal location to stay in central London with ease of getting to anywhere you need to be. The hotel staff and super friendly and attentive. We were greeted with a ice pop when we arrived as it was so warm. It was really thoughtful and refreshing. The hotel smells nice,amenities looked after and lots of good service. At checkout the porter saw us waiting with bags and approached us to see if we needed help, we did as we were waiting in the queue to ask if we could stow our bags for a few hours. Really great hotel, the only minor thing we found was that the pillows were too hard, but that is on us and our taste and wpuld not put us off staying again in the future 😀"

"The hotel is solid, well-located and a bit ordinary. Breakfast is a bit meh. BUT - we were travelling with a wheelchair and the place is wonderfully accessible and the hotel staff super helpful. The accessible room was excellent. As some reviewers have noted, a large powerchair might have trouble with the elevator, but even so i think you could make it ;) we had a small powerchair and it was no trouble. All in all a lovely stay - if I were alone I'd still probably pick a quirkier hotel, but for an accessible option 10/10."
