Let's start with the good. We had an excellent view of the Thames. There are two grocery stores at hand. The rooftop Lebanese restaurant is excellent and a saving grace. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. The showers are excellent. On the downside the mattresses are hard and the rooms are cramped. They have Japanese toilets which normally would be a plus but they seem to have bought the child size. The breakfast game is weak, especially room service. And then there's the POTUS restaurant, yes, as in President Of The United States. This is terrible branding. No one who travels abroad wants to think about the President. But the food is solid. In all an OK hotel with great views and a great Lebanese restaurant.

Poor standards to be Hyatt. Did not get ordered rooms. Ordered three rooms at highfloor, but ended with one, the two others at lower floors. Not daily cleaning of rooms. Dirty bathrobe. Room 1205 particularly noisy with high sound during night from the hotels drainage system. Recommend not to choose this hotel, there are way better alternatives at this rate in London
