A beautiful hotel for a trip to London. In a really quiet area but walkable to Victoria and easy access to anywhere in London. The staff have been fantastic too. Also the breakfast is amazing.

The staff were welcoming, and the room was clean, but the shower was broken. The water did not drain away when I showered last night. I reported it to the team as I left. This morning the shower again did not drain, meaning both the bathroom and bedroom flooded. When you are paying £300 a night, a functioning shower is essential. I expect some compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort.

A wonderful hotel in a quiet location

Had a wonderful stay at the Artist Residence. Really funky, fantastic attention to detail - high quality toiletries, superb quality bedding, just loved everything about it. We stayed in the Club Suite which was spacious and quiet. Enjoyed the cafe too. Definitely will return.
